Hi everyone,
Need help with how to submit claim for 99204, G0444 and G0442 on same claim by same provider. My system scrub says that G0444 is part of 99204, and go442 is part of G0444. Does this mean that I should bill 99204 (25) with G0444 and then G0442 (59) ?? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

If the document shows actual counseling was done for 15 min for g0442 then this can be billed, this would go for g0444 depression screening. these cannot be coded if the doctor just does a check list. was there face to face? also is this a medicare patient? was the patient coming in for an annual visit?
