Can anyone tell me if they have encountered this situation and how they handled it? We have a doc that did two nerves as regular RF's and then another nerve as a pulsed RF. We know that pulsed should be using the unlisted code but we are not sure if this will be a problem getting paid billing 64622, 64623 and 64999
