Wiki Billing TC & PC charges for facility

If the Dr is an employee of the facility, patient is seen in a facility owned Dr's office, can the facility bill for both PC and TC charges ? Of course PC would be on a UB04 and TC on a 1500.

Billing for workers compensation, can I bill for both the PC/TC charges on the visit listed above?

Is this in writing anywhere?
