Wiki Billing telehealth for mental health provider in multiple states

Can a mental health provider who lives in one state and has a EIN and office location in another state provide telehealth services from his home but use the business location for the claims (but with POS 02 and telehealth modifier)? The provider is licensed in both states.

Only if the provider is licensed in the state where the patient is located. It doesn't matter where he is sitting....it matters where the patient is.
