We have PT's, OT's, and others in our clinic that travel to the clients home. We bill a rate per 15 minutes of travel time. 99082 was previously used, but in review, it says it is for a physician who is traveling with the patient. Does anyone bill for therapist travel time or have any code suggestions? I have not been able to find anything.
