Do i need to code it as two seperate biopsy

Procedure: core needle biopsy of the right carotid space and right
parotid space.
Anesthesia: lidocaine local, monitored anesthesia care.
Complications: none.

Technique A spiral acquisition utilizing 0.75 mm collimation was
acquired in the axial orientation from the clivus to the mandible
following the intravenous administration of contrast. The
dataset was used to create contiguous 3 mm thick axial sections.

Utilizing a 20-gauge coaxial needle two passes were made of soft
tissue within the right carotid space at C1/C2 level.

Utilizing a 20-gauge coaxial needle a single pass was made at the
junction of the soft tissue involving the right parotid space and
the right cervical erector muscles at C1 level.

IMPRESSION:

Successful biopsy of the right carotid space and right parotid
space.
