I am reading a post op note and I am coding 19083 (Breast biopsy, ultrasound guided, with clip placement, right and left breast.) So I will add +19084. However, I see complexity codes for the 19085/19086 and 19081/19082 combinations, but not this one..... Could someone help or guide me?
For example, for codes 19081/19082 come ---> C7501 should be billed along with the combo codes for complexity payment in ASC.......
