Wiki BX wants specific DX code for 81002 ??

My doc performed a screening UA which was billed with code V81.6. I am being contacted stating that BX wants a specific diagnosis code for 81002. Does anyone know what code BX is speaking of? I have no idea what they are looking for. Thank you.
