Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any infor they would like to share regarding a pharmacy run anticoagulation outpatient encounters thru our hospital. We are trying to implement a program & I want to make sure that we are billing correctly. I know what is needed as far as documentation but am curious to know if it would be appropriate to bill the G0463 code or would one bill a 99211? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
