My dr wants to use a 69990 with the new 22551 code. I don't think we can - any ideas?

Wiki Can 69990 be used with 22551? I say no, dr says yes.

...and if the physician wants proof, show him the CPT code in the book, if you read under the Operating Microscope heading it list codes that are included with +69990 and 22551 is there
