Wiki can I bill multiple units 27193

I have someone asking me if we can bill 27193 times 4 units? Patient has 4 pubic rami fractures. Does anyone have experience with this?

I am thinking only one unit - but don't want them to miss out, if multiple are justified.

I'm curious if anyone has any documentation on this as well. I've only been coding as one because I figured if the 50 modifier wasnt allowed for bilateral fractures, then surely it should only be billed as one since it does refer to the "ring".

Anyone else have any input or documentation to share??
