Wiki Charging technical component

Does anyone have documentation, or clarification, of an instance where if the patient has an x-ray of both hands, but done on the same film, do we charge the techinical component once or twice (for each hand)?
I'm thinking the charges would be the 2 radiology professional codes but only 1 technical code?
