My Doctor is a Dermatologist and would like to know how other Dermatology offices code for a chemical peel on a patient with acne. This is what he does.... A chemical peel followed with placement of comedone extraction to marsupialize the pustules, and cysts.
Do you use code 10040 or 17360 or both? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
