Wiki Code for Biopsy of Kidney Stone

Hello -
i work for a primary care office and a patient of ours was experiencing issues with kidney stones and actually passed one of the kidney stones in office. a biopsy was done and sent to the lab. I am having the toughest time ever finding a code for this unique situation. Can someone please assist?

Did you just use the collected stone and just create a lab requisition and send it to the lab. If so when we send stuff to the lab we bill a 99000 transfer of Specimen to lab and the diagnosis for the test. Most of the times the insurance companies don't pay for the transfer but it shows your billing.
