Does anyone currently bill for the interpretation by the surgeon of C-arm films during surgical procedures? The AAOS GSD guidelines state the "supervision", "positioning", and "photos/imaging" are included, but it does not specify if the "interpretation" is included as well. I am curious is anyone is billing this separately?
