It would depend on why the colonoscopy was being performed and how the provider dictated the chronic conditions.

If it was a screening colonoscopy and the chronic conditions were just listed as part of the patients ongoing conditions or medical history, no I would not add them.

If it was not a screening colonoscopy and the chronic conditions were listed as affecting or potentially affecting the procedure or were addressed for some other reason during the visit, then yes, I would add them.
