Do not want to use an unlisted code if at all possible. Was thinking maybe a sling revision 53442 with a 52 modifier?

Sorry, he did a "Kaufman procedure" of placing imbricating sutures across the bulbomembranous urethra: "Vertical mattress sutures in essence to tightening for almost a 1-2 cm region" of the external region and bulbomembranous urethra.
