how would these procedures be coded:
1. right long finger tumor resection
2. right long finger ulnar side of surgical band reconstruction with tendon graft3. flexor tendon tenolysis exploration
4. metacarpophalangeal joint capsulectomy with arthrotomy
5. right short arm splint
(dx: was for right long finger, dorsal metacarpophalangeal joint giant cell tumor)
