The problem is that I can't find any CCI edits and I do not believe that all these codes can be billed and there are no conflicts. Seems odd to me. If someone can offer any input, I would appreciate it.

This rpt is 10 pages long so I don't want to scare anyone. lol.

There are no CCI edits, as you stated, so what makes you think they should not be billed? It looks like it was a complicated surgery but, assuming it is all documented, it appears it can be billed. What are the doubts you are having?
