..the pt. previously had a suture of infrapetallar tendon, while in post op fell and had an ORIF of an open patella FX. Now the patient presents with a post infection and was taken to OR for and I & D (11044) and ( MY QUESTION) Placement of continuous irrigation catheter system-is there a code for this or included?
