does anyone know...can you code IBS with Crohn's disease?

Crohns vs IBS

No, what I mean is that IBS is sort of a "wastebasket" syndrome, that might include Chorn's disease, and was just wonder if you code both would you be unbundlling"
 
I have coded both before. I think Crohn's is separate from IBS based on labs, pathology,etc, but abdominal pain, etc could be caused by something other than the Crohn's and it seems like IBD patients can have bad GI motility anyway and could cause symptoms not related to Crohn's.
