The patient had a subcapital fx and the physcian did a hip replacement for subcapital fx using components 52 cup, 2 dome screws, stem 3-1/2, accolade with a long neck 36 head with acetabular component.
I had used the 27236 because it was a fracture but since this is a THA should I have used the 27130?
The 27236 reads open treatment of femoral fx, proximal end, neck, with internal fixation or prosthetic joint replacement.
