Our office is starting to perform a procedure that is strictly cosmetic. It is the VeinGogh Ohmic Thermolysis. There is not a CPT code for Thermolysis of spider veins, which is what we will be using it for. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what code I should use. My first thought is a unlisted code but there is not one that I have found for Venous procedures.
