When looking at a dislocation--26700-closed treatment of metacarpophalangeal dislocation w/manipulation, w/o anesthesia. Code 26705 requiring anesthesia. How do you know when to bill 26705? Is that only when the patient is taken to the OR?

Any help would be appreciated.
