Coding for dermatology shaving and excisions (benign & malignant):
According to the CPT book, shaving and excision codes are classified to different categories by sizes and LOCATIONS, and my question is
which category below does WRIST and ANKLE belong?
-trunk/arms/legs
-scalp/neck/hands/feet/genitalia
-face/ears/eyelids/nose/lips/membrane
