Wiki CPT Codes 88387 and 88388

One of my pathologists is wanting to start coding 88387 and 88388 for reports. I don't have any experience with these codes.

Could someone please provide me with some information on these codes and what dictation is needed in order to bill for them?

I would love to use these codes also, I just haven't seen any great example of this yet. I have posted this same this in the past to no avail.
