Does anyone know what CPT to use for an Inpatient Chart Review? This was done right before a patient was discharged.

Just not enough info here. Who is doing the review and why? Did they ever treat the patient or even see the patient face-to-face? Were they called in for an opinion?

Thank you SharonCollachi for your input. The NP is doing the review because he is doing rounds in the hospital. The patient was on the list of patient's to see. He did not treat the patient. Unsure if he saw the patient actually. He was not called in for an opinion.
