Sometimes things just pop into my head...Would you consider decreased shoulder range of motion the same as shoulder stiffness? I associate stiffness with joint lesions, arthritis, etc which would cause decreased ROM but stiffness is not specifically mentioned in the note and ROM is. Any suggestions? (besides therapy for me)
