Does anyone out there know where I can get my hands on a list of all the deleted CPT codes for the past 5 years?
I am trying to make this easier than what I am finding..Help!

I cannot find a total list so the only place i can advise you to look is in Appendix B of your CPT manual. But of course you would need all 5 years worth of books. If you or your doctors have an AMA memebership you can email them and see if they can be of further assistance.
