Wiki Denial for 36012 & 76937

We received a denial for 36012 and 76937 stating that these procedure code/bill types are inconsistent with the place of service. Place of service was inpatient at the hospital, however, it was in a rehab setting with POS 61. Is there a reason these procedures codes are unable to be billed in a hospital inpatient rehab setting?
