Wiki Denial WI Medicaid for the follow J1885, and administration codes 96372, G0008, G0009

Does anyone know or have been denied by WI Medicaid for the charge J1885 and also the following administration codes 96372, G0008, G0009? I have billed the codes with a Office visit code which WI Medicaid has paid.

Any help or guide lines you can direct me to would be very helpful.
