Question DEXA scan

My office is having an issue coding DEXA scans for male patients. The doctors say it is standard of care to screen men over the age of 70. I can't find an appropriate ICD 10 code to use for Medicare if the patient isn't taking steroids and doesn't have a bone density disorder diagnosed. The doctors want the technicians to use M85.89 - other specified disorders of bone density, but I say that is not appropriate if this is not documented in the chart. Does anyone do bone density screenings on males and how are you coding? Thanks
