Wiki Dislocation of the shaft of right radius and ulna

so patient comes in with transverse fracture and dislocation of the shaft of the right radius and ulna. I came up with S52.231A, S52.321A...but i could not find a dislocation code for the radius or the ulna. Is there one? Thanks for the help.
