Not sure what diagnosis code for a left inguinal mass biopsy

Skin with subcutaneous tissue. In dermis, there is abscess lined by granulation tissue with multinucleated giant cell reaction, possibly representing ruptured cyst. No evidence of neoplasia seen.

I am not sure of what diagnosis code to use.
