Hello - we are a early intervention multi specificity billing for OT, PT, and some counseling, and Speech therapy, we are using out patient codes cpt codes to bill our services. i was wondering if any one else has some experience in this and can provide some insight. as we are getting some issues with payers. I have seen some provider out of state use HCPC codes to bill out services. ( oh and to mention we are mandated as a Early intervention provider by State of WA to provide services for a child up-to to 3yrs old in the natural environment so most cases that is there home, so we bill with POS 12 most of the time.
