In a hospital setting Medical primary clinic physician order for EKG and the nurse do the EKG. Is it OK to bill and what is the CPT code to use (93005?). As per the physician we are not the cardiologisit and we are not the one performed EKG? How does the hospital get reimbursed?

Thank you
