Wiki Emg coding and trunk vs extremity

Hi, can anyone help with this? We are trying to figure out if coding 95861 (two extremities with 5+ muscles) my question is does the with or without paraspinal muscles relate to trunk and/or intercostals? if not, what should we be using to code for the EMG of trunk? any help is appreciated!
