For this procedure I have coded 34705, 34812-XU,Rt, 34812-XS,Lt, 37252, 37253 for the first part of the procedure & for the 2nd part of the procedure I have codes 37242 & 36246. Can some one advise if the codes are correct. Because the doctor is tell me that he went through 2 branches. And I'm thinking we should enter the code 36247 as well. But I could be wrong.
