I need some advice about endocrinology billing. For patients with uncontrolled diabetes that can't come into the office as often as needed our doctor has his patients call him in their blood sugar #s and he reviews these and decides how to adjust medications. This is taking hours out of his day so we would like to find out what documentation would be needed to bill for his time. I would be grateful for any suggestions.
