I need help with this procedure.

I have previously posted the op report and did not get a response. It was quite a long op report so I'm actually not suprised.

I'm looking for assistance with coding endoscopic microdiscectomy. What's included and any other pertanent coding information.

Does anybody have any insider info or resource materials that they think would be helpful for me?
