Hi!
We have a new ENT who previously used a product called FloSeal and billed in an out-patient hospital setting. He now works for us and we bill services on a 1500, not on UB92s. This product is a very expensive sealent to be used to control bleeding and is above and beyond supplies usually billed for his procedures. Some of our carriers won't even look at 99070. Any idea?
