Wiki Epithelial Keratoplasty with subjunctical injection

During a recent coding audit of a surgical case, it was found that a subconjunctival injection of Kefzol and dexamethasone was also performed. Although there are not any CCI edits that bundle 65756 & 68200, are they billable together?
