Wiki Ercp and egd?????

Dr. did an ERCP. He then removed the side viewing scope and inserted a forward viewing scope and did an upper endoscopy. He wants to bill for both the ERCP AND the EGD. Can this be done????

Per CCI edits they can be billed together but a 59 modifier will need to be attached. Hope this helps.
