This is not your usual excision of cyst. We cannot find a code anywhere that fits. It was a cyst excised from the Canal of Nuck.

An incision was made in the right groin and dissection was carried down to the cyst. The cyst extended down into the labia majora inferiorly. This was grasped with an Allis clamp and gently mobilized superiorly while dissecting using blunt and sharp dissection around the cyst.

are we trying to make this harder than it actually is?
