Wiki Excision of breast cyst with ultrasound guidance.

Is it appropriate to code an excision of a left breast cyst under intraoperative ultrasound guidance (dictation documents that he used ultrasound guidance two separate times to locate the cyst during the operation) as:
19120-LT
76998

It was originally only coded as 19120-LT, but without a code for the ultrasound guidance which is not included in the procedural descriptions I have for 19120. Any thoughts on this?
