Excision of Synovial cyst in sinus of MTP joint. Can anyone help me with this? I am leaning toward 28090. "sinus itself was excised and sent to pathology", Should this not be a biopsy, 28054 instead. If so don't I need to wait for report (or is my dermatology experience kicking in too much?)
