Can anyone give me any advise on how to code this procedure? The report is too long to type but the part I need help with is...

Approach: Percutaneous

Procedure: A fagarty balloon was placed, inflated, and used to push the existing 2 stones through the anastomosis.

Also performed was a cholangiogram (47500, 74320-26) and placement of a internal/external stent with dilation( 47801, 74363-26).

Code 47630 for this part. You are removing the stones from the ducts by pushing them into the duodenum.
