I would say NO to unbundling.

Why: "Since he had such a small pupil, I did a superior iridotomy and completed it with a single cut. That enabled me to do the standard extracapsular cataract extraction which I felt would be safer."

It appears to be a necessity in order to complete the planned procedure.

Other thoughts?
