Facility Fee on L-Spine Injection?

Is there any way to capture a "facility fee" for an lumbar spine injection (62311) when performed in an office setting? I have a doc that wants to bring that procedure in-house (as opposed to the ambulatory surgery center across the street), because we are getting our own fluoroscopy machine. Other than the global fluoro fee, I don't think there's anything extra that we can capture. I told him that under Medicare, the reimbursement for the injection procedure would be higher in an office, but that's it. Am I right?

Please advise. Thanks.

The "facility fee" is part of the procedure code, billing with POS 11 will allow you to capture the overhead portion of the procedure, you are correct.
