I recently had a Family of 5 come in and have paperwork filed out so that they could move to New Zeland. I am wondering if anyone has any recomendations on how to bill this service. they wernt really evaluated (just alot of time spent) and I am also wondering if the Insurance will cover such a service.

I hate to say it, but you should have informed them up front that there would be a self-pay administrative fee for this service. I cannot imagine any insurance covering this.
